Roles

Who You Can Place.

Every role below is bilingual-capable and works your hours. One carries a certification the others do not.

The Certified Role

The one the course was built for.

Intake Specialist

Certified

Turns a first call from someone just hurt into a signed case — or a clean decline. Equal parts law, sales and composure, and the hardest seat to fill well.

  • Answers inbound and works the outbound cadence
  • Qualifies on liability, damages and coverage
  • Gives the recorded-line disclosure, stays inside calling hours
  • Explains the fee and the letter of protection plainly
  • Handles the objections that lose cases
  • Sends the retainer and chases it back

Trained, Not Certified

Our onboarding and compliance training. The capstone exam is intake, so we claim no more than it tested.

Case Manager

Post-signing

Signed retainer to demand — and the person your client actually talks to.

  • Keeps treatment moving and documented
  • Books appointments and follows up on gaps in care
  • Answers “what is happening with my case” before it is asked

Medical Records Clerk

Chasing

Decides how fast a case reaches demand. Mostly persistence, and most firms’ quiet bottleneck.

  • Chases the providers who ignore the first ask
  • Tracks what has arrived and what is outstanding
  • Flags treatment gaps while there is time to fix them

Demand Writer

Pre-litigation

Assembles the package the adjuster reads — from your template, under your attorney’s review.

  • Builds the chronology from records and bills
  • Drafts to your format for attorney review
  • Keeps the exhibit index and the numbers straight

Legal Assistant

Support

Calendaring, correspondence, filing, and the fifty small things that land on whoever is nearest.

  • Calendars deadlines, keeps the matter file tidy
  • Drafts routine correspondence for review
  • Handles client paperwork and signatures

Beyond the Legal Seats

No legal training, and we do not pretend otherwise. Placed and onboarded the same way, against a job description you approve.

Front of house

Receptionist

Answers the general line, routes, and takes messages that reach somebody. Bilingual, so a Spanish-speaking caller is not left holding.

Marketing

Marketing Assistant

Keeps the calendar, listings and review requests moving. Posts what you approve.

Marketing

Content & Social

Posts, newsletters and case-result copy from your material, for your review.

Back office

Bookkeeping & AP

Invoices, provider bills, vendor payments and expense coding. Trust accounting stays with you.

Back office

Executive Assistant

Calendars, travel, inbox triage, and the follow-ups a partner keeps meaning to do.

Operations

HR & Recruiting Coordinator

Posts roles, screens applicants and runs onboarding for your own local hires.

What We Do Not Place

The limits, said out loud.

Nobody we place gives legal advice, quotes a case value, or makes a call that belongs to an attorney. They qualify, gather, coordinate and follow up. Where that line sits is on the exam.

And we will not tell you an intake specialist can cover your bookkeeping. If a seat needs a different skill set, we say so.

Not Sure Which Seat You Need?

Most firms asking for an intake specialist need a case manager, or the reverse. Twenty minutes on your numbers settles it.
