How it works

Fourteen Days From the Role to a Shortlist.

You let us know the role. In 14 days we find 3-5 candidates and send over their resume and a video introducing themselves, we then schedule a formal interview with the firm and they have a new team member.

The Four Steps

Nothing happens out of order, and you are not asked to review anybody until the fourteen days are up.

1

You let us know the role

The seat, the hours, the languages and the case types. If the role is not one we place well, we say so on that call rather than opening a search.

2

In 14 days we find 3–5 candidates

Sourced, screened, identity verified, and through the course where the role is a certified one. Fourteen days is the standard, not a best case.

3

We send their résumé and a video of them introducing themselves

The video is the part that saves you the most time. You hear how somebody actually speaks before you spend half an hour on a call with them.

4

We schedule the formal interview, and you have a new team member

You interview your shortlist, choose, and they start on your systems under your supervision.

What You Do, and What We Do

Three things are asked of you. Everything else is ours.

Yours

A Clear Role

One conversation about the seat, the hours and the case types.

Yours

An Interview
